Merry Christmas!

I am officially loving this Christmas.

First we got to go to Denver Colorado for a whole weekend!

Second we got to give and recieve some great Christmas cards this year!
Thanks btw :)

And third...well this Christmas year is very special to me personally because it will be my last Christmas as a high school student. I have a love/hate relationship with this season of my life.
I am nervous about starting a new life but at the same time I can't wait to graduate!
I've got to say every year gets more and more wonderful.

This year we started decorating a little late, but that's ok as long as I get to do some decorating
I'm happy :)
We are having a lovely Christmas dinner featuring a honey glazed ham, mashed potatoes...etc...and for dessert a red velvet cake!
And whilst we eat our dinner, I will be brewing some amazing apple cider.

This is my favorite, putting up ornaments on the tree.
Each and everyone has a special
memory to me.

Now, lets talk about gifts.
Gifts are running a close second with cooking Christmas dinner (being an aspiring chef and all).
We did put a limit on the gifts this year but I'm pretty sure my mom has already surpassed the limit, judging by what she got my dad. Got to love my mommy!!
Sarah and I are getting each other just one gift a piece to make it simple.
I'm very interested in seeing how everyone likes their gifts.
eeeeeeeeeeee

Merry Christmas!

He is Always There.

As I know Americans will never forget September 11, I hope we will never forget God's amazing love for all of us today and forever. All you have to do is receive Him and He will snuggle you up under His wing and will protect you and your family for generations to come. Because of God's unearned, undeserved and unmerited favor in our lives today we know that generational curses are no more and our enemies will flee. Because God...the one true God is on our side.

Today as we honor and remember the people that lost their lives and family members, I encourage you to receive God's love, peace and hope. For with Him nothing is impossible.
